Training areas (one or more)

• Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Advanced Excel: formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, Power Query and data analysis

• Microsoft Power BI: data modeling, DAX, dashboards and business reporting

• Artificial intelligence: ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, prompt engineering and AI productivity tools

• Python programming, web development and digital marketing (SEO, social media, Google Ads and Analytics) are a plus

Requirements

• Classroom teaching, coaching or corporate training experience

• Practical, hands-on experience with Advanced Excel and Power BI

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills

• Microsoft or other relevant certifications preferred

• Currently based in Qatar; immediate joiners preferred

• You will prepare lesson plans, practical exercises and assessments, run hands-on sessions built on real business scenarios, support corporate programs and keep course content up to date

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons in English, Arabic, French and German

• Design interactive activities that build speaking, listening, reading and writing skills

• Assess progress through quizzes, assignments and regular feedback

• Adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and levels

Requirements

• Ability to teach several of these languages from beginner to advanced level; relevant language certifications are an advantage

• Strong communication, presentation and classroom management skills

• Creative lesson planning and confident use of modern teaching tools

• Experience with young and teenage learners as well as adults

• Teaching experience in Qatar or the GCC is an advantage

• Supervise daily operations and the Operations Team

• Ensure compliance with awarding body requirements, including NEBOSH, Highfield, ACCA, CIPD and other partners

• Oversee exam registrations, learner documentation, assessments, certification, scheduling and workflows

• Keep learner records and operational documentation complete and audit-ready

• Support accreditation applications, renewals, audits and quality reviews

• Coordinate with trainers, administration, sales, finance and examinations teams

• Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and drive improvements through ERP systems, automation and AI tools

• Prepare operational reports and support management during audits and accreditation visits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, quality assurance, compliance, administration or process improvement

• Experience supervising an operations or administrative team

• Experience with training providers, educational institutions, certification bodies or regulated industries preferred

• Familiarity with accreditation processes and quality management systems is an advantage
