Highfield Train the Trainer
This qualification is designed to support individuals in a training role within the workplace.
Learn how adults learn and how to design, deliver and evaluate engaging training sessions. This is a non-accredited course leading to a Leaders Training Center certificate of completion.
The Train the Trainer (Non-accredited) course in Doha, Qatar develops the skills professionals need to plan and deliver effective workplace training. It starts with adult learning principles, including how adults draw on experience and learn best when content is relevant and practical. Participants then learn to write clear learning objectives, structure sessions, choose suitable activities and prepare materials. This is a non-accredited course: successful participants receive a certificate of completion from Leaders Training Center rather than a regulated qualification.
Much of the course is spent practicing delivery and facilitation, including presentation skills, questioning, managing group dynamics and handling difficult situations, with constructive feedback from the trainer and peers. Participants also learn to check learning through assessment and to evaluate training using the Kirkpatrick model. Learners who need a regulated qualification can choose the Highfield Train the Trainer course instead.
