Leaders Training Center is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect when you visit our website, contact us or enroll in a course in Doha, Qatar, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with Qatar’s Law No. 13 of 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data Privacy.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us in enquiry, brochure, feedback and corporate forms: name, email address, phone number, company and the course you are interested in.

• Enrollment details: identification and education documents needed to register you with an awarding body or exam provider.

• Technical data: pages visited, device and browser type, and how you arrived on our site, collected through cookies only when you allow them.

How we use your information

• To answer your enquiry and advise you on courses, schedules and fees.

• To enroll you, run your classes and register you for exams with the awarding body.

• To send course dates and offers, only if you opted in; you can unsubscribe at any time.

• To improve our website and measure our advertising, only with your cookie consent.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your data. We share it only when needed: with awarding bodies and exam providers (for example ACCA, CIPD, CIPS, NEBOSH, Highfield or Pearson VUE) to register you, with service providers who host our website and send our emails under contract, and with authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to two years after our last contact with you, and enrollment records for as long as the awarding body or the law requires. We then delete or anonymize them.

How we protect it

Your data is stored on secure, access-controlled systems, sent over encrypted connections and seen only by staff who need it for their work.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent to marketing, or object to how we use it. Email info@leaders.qa or call +974 4466 4321 and we will reply within 30 days.
