Learn to run food safety on every shift as a supervisor: set daily checks, coach your team, keep accurate records and keep your kitchen or food outlet ready for inspection at any time.
The Food Safety Management Essentials course in Doha, Qatar is designed for supervisors who are responsible for food safety on the floor, shift after shift. It turns the principles of safe food handling into a practical daily routine: opening and closing checks, temperature monitoring, cleaning schedules, allergen control and the simple records that show your controls are working. Participants learn how to spot problems early, act on them correctly and explain the reasons behind each rule to their staff.
Training is hands-on and based on real kitchen, catering and food retail situations. Participants complete sample monitoring logs, practice short toolbox talks, review case studies of food poisoning incidents and build a supervisor checklist they can use at work the next day. The course also covers how to prepare a team for a visit from an inspector or auditor. Leaders Training Center can run the course as an in-house program for an organization, using its own forms, menus and procedures as examples.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Apply the four Cs of food safety to daily supervision in kitchens and food outlets.
Monitor critical temperatures for delivery, storage, cooking, cooling and hot holding.

Qatar's hotels, restaurants, catering companies, hospitals and schools serve large numbers of meals every day, and much of the food is imported and must stay cold through a hot climate. Supervisors are the people who keep daily controls working on the ground. Strong supervision supports the food safety oversight of the Ministry of Public Health and protects the reputation of a hospitality sector that welcomes visitors to major events, in line with the human-development goals of Qatar National Vision 2030.
