Get started with Odoo ERP: navigate the apps, configure a company, users and access rights, and run connected CRM, sales, purchase, inventory and invoicing processes.
The Odoo ERP Fundamentals course in Doha, Qatar is a practical introduction to Odoo, the modular open-source business software used by many growing companies. Participants learn the difference between Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise, the hosting options of Odoo Online, Odoo.sh and on-premise, and how individual apps share one database so that a sales order automatically affects stock and invoicing. The course builds a solid understanding of company settings, users, access rights and the common interface elements that appear in every Odoo app.
Most of the time is spent working directly in a training database. Learners install apps, import contacts and products, move an opportunity through the CRM pipeline, confirm a quotation, receive a purchase order, validate a delivery and post an invoice, seeing how each step links to the next. Kanban, list, pivot and graph views, filters, the chatter and scheduled activities are practiced throughout. Odoo offers its own certification, but this is an independent hands-on course, not official Odoo training. It can also be delivered as an in-house program for organizations evaluating or starting with Odoo.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Explain Odoo editions, hosting options and the modular app structure.
Configure company settings, users, groups and access rights.
Use list, kanban, form, pivot and graph views with filters and grouping.
