Run day-to-day finance, sales, purchasing and inventory in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, from posting group setup and documents to bank reconciliation and reports.
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central course in Doha, Qatar teaches small and midsize businesses how to run their core operations in one connected cloud ERP. Participants learn how a company is set up, how the chart of accounts and posting groups determine where every sales, purchase and inventory transaction lands in the general ledger, and how dimensions add analysis without complicating the accounts. Because Business Central covers finance, sales, purchasing, inventory and basic warehousing together, the course helps learners see the whole business flow rather than isolated screens.
Learning is hands-on throughout. Participants create customers, vendors and items, process quotes, orders, invoices and credit memos, post payment journals and complete a bank reconciliation in a training company. Role Centers, personalization, Excel and Outlook integration, Copilot features and built-in reports are explored along the way. Microsoft offers its own Business Central certification, but this is an independent practical course, not official Microsoft training. It can be run as an in-house program for organizations adopting Business Central, using their own items, posting setup and document workflows as examples.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
