Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED)
Understand green building principles and the LEED rating system, learn how LEED certification works on real projects, and prepare for the LEED Green Associate exam administered by GBCI.
Learn to lead process improvement projects using the Six Sigma DMAIC method and core statistical tools, and prepare for Green Belt certification exams offered by independent bodies.
Six Sigma is a data-driven approach to improving processes by reducing variation and defects. This course follows the Green Belt body of knowledge, structured around the DMAIC method: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control. Participants learn to scope an improvement project, understand customer requirements, map processes, collect reliable data, measure process capability, find root causes using statistical and graphical tools, test and implement solutions and sustain gains with control plans. Lean concepts for reducing waste are also introduced.
Learning combines explanation with hands-on exercises and a running improvement project case. Participants build SIPOC diagrams and project charters, analyze data sets, interpret control charts and hypothesis tests, and prepare a control plan. The course prepares learners for Green Belt certification exams offered by independent bodies such as IASSC or ASQ; there is no single awarding body for Six Sigma. It runs as a classroom or live online program in Doha and can be delivered as an in-house program with projects drawn from the organization's own processes.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Explain Six Sigma principles, roles and the DMAIC improvement method
Define improvement projects with charters, SIPOC and voice of the customer
Measure process performance, assess measurement systems and calculate capability
Analyze root causes using graphical tools, hypothesis testing and regression
Develop, test and implement improvements using structured selection methods
Sustain gains with statistical process control and control plans

Green Belt exam preparation and practice questions
Organizations in Qatar's energy, manufacturing, healthcare, aviation, logistics, banking and government sectors are under steady pressure to improve quality, efficiency and customer experience. Six Sigma gives teams a common, data-driven method to solve recurring problems rather than relying on assumptions. Building this capability among local professionals supports productivity and service excellence, which are central to the economic and human development goals of Qatar National Vision 2030. This course equips practitioners in Doha to lead practical improvement projects.
Join a scheduled class at our training center in Doha or attend live online. For organizations, the course can run as an in-house program at your premises or online, tailored to your sector, case studies and timetable.
