PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)® Exam Preparation
Strengthen your project scheduling knowledge across predictive and agile approaches and prepare for the PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)® exam with structured review and practice questions.
Understand green building principles and the LEED rating system, learn how LEED certification works on real projects, and prepare for the LEED Green Associate exam administered by GBCI.
LEED, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is the green building rating system developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and used on projects worldwide. This course explains green building concepts and how LEED works in practice, covering the integrative process, location and transportation, sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources, indoor environmental quality, innovation and regional priority. It also explains the certification process, project registration and the certification levels of Certified, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
The course prepares participants for the LEED Green Associate exam, the foundational LEED credential issued by Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI). It also explains how the LEED AP with specialty credentials, such as Building Design and Construction or Operations and Maintenance, build on it. Sessions use project examples, credit walk-throughs and practice questions. The course runs as a classroom or live online program in Doha and can be delivered as an in-house program for design, construction and facilities organizations.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Explain green building principles and the structure of the LEED rating system
Describe LEED credit categories, prerequisites and certification levels
Apply the integrative process to coordinate sustainable design decisions
Outline strategies for energy, water, materials and indoor environmental quality

Sustainability is a stated priority in Qatar National Vision 2030, and green building has become an important consideration in Qatar's construction and real estate sectors. Alongside Qatar's own Global Sustainability Assessment System (GSAS), LEED is used on some projects in the country, particularly by international developers and occupiers. Energy and water efficiency are especially relevant in Qatar's hot, arid climate. This course helps professionals in Doha understand LEED and contribute to more sustainable buildings.
Join a scheduled class at our training center in Doha or attend live online. For organizations, the course can run as an in-house program at your premises or online, tailored to your sector, case studies and timetable.
