Social Media, App Management & Copywriting Skills is a hands-on course for people who manage an organization's social media accounts and mobile app presence day to day. It focuses on community and channel management rather than broad digital marketing strategy or paid advertising. Participants learn to set up and organize brand accounts, plan content calendars, use scheduling tools, respond to comments and messages, handle negative feedback and moderate communities. The app management component covers app store listings, ratings and reviews, release notes and in-app messaging.
The copywriting component runs throughout. Participants learn persuasive writing principles and frameworks such as AIDA and PAS, write platform-specific posts, captions, app store descriptions and push notifications, and adapt tone for English-speaking and bilingual audiences. Each participant builds a sample content calendar and copy portfolio. The course is available in Doha, live online, or as an in-house program for organizations managing their own channels.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Social media and mobile apps are central to how people in Qatar find information, shop, book services and interact with organizations, including government services, retailers, banks and restaurants. Brands need skilled people to manage these channels responsibly, respond quickly and communicate clearly to diverse, often bilingual audiences. These capabilities support Qatar's digital transformation and the growth of a knowledge-based economy under Qatar National Vision 2030.
